Perhaps the only facet that exceeds it is the outstanding customer service that begins with the first phone call and continues throughout your stay. In particular, I would like to commend Geneva, the front desk manager, who will treat you like family from the moment you arrive. Just a wonderful, wonderful experience!

This place was amazing. It was located in a nice part of town close to Case Western Uni and the botanical gardens. The inside was beautiful and historically decorated. The patio area was well lit and relaxing. Our room was clean and updated, including electric blinds. Breakfast was included and a coffee/tea station was available at all hours. Would absolutely stay here again.
